The Mikoyan-Gurevich 17 or Mig-17 was an iconic fighter deployed in 1952 by the Soviet Union and used extensively by North Vietnam.  It made its debut in the Vietnam Conflict and was first thought to be an upgraded version of the Mig-15 of the Korean War.  This proved to be incorrect as it was an original fighter in many aspects including a full afterburner and high speed characteristics.  Many dogfights over North Vietnam were fought in the Mig-17.  Aces on both sides of the conflict insured that the Mig-17, love it or hate it, went down in history as a fighter to be reckoned with.  Own a part of history and order one of our veteran drawn Mig-17 T-shirts, NATO code name "Fresco".

Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Only non-cholorine bleach. Tumble dry low. Medium iron. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
