B-25J Nose Art T-shirt
This WW2 B-25J Mitchell bomber t-shirt represents the ultimate upgraded gunship platform of this bomber as it was used in the South Pacific circa 1943. The B-25 was a medium range light bomber but its use as a strafing platform to attack Japanese ships and airbases made it one of the first in a long line of attack aircraft with heavy machine guns.
Its upgraded modern day version is the Ac-130 Spectre. Up to 12 heavy .50 cal machine guns were put into this B-25 and in some cases a 75mm cannon was put in the nose to unleash a torrent of ground fire.
This version has the dragon nose art that was often a part of the gunship upgrades and the heavily armed nose with eight .50cals can be seen.
